Look Around
We made the move to our lovely new premises in March 2010. Located in the quiet leafy Buckinghamshire town of Princes Risborough, we are about 5 miles from the M40 and within walking distance of the railway station. If the new HS2 railway is built, we will be about 500 metres above it, which will be handy!
Offices
We have two adjacent offices, one houses our engineering team, and the other is for our administration and support teams.
Workshop
Our workshops were purpose designed, with lead lined test room, and integrated computer system able to remotely log on to any of our CR and DR users to provide help, software upgrades and problem solving. Our 50-odd loan x-ray units are also stored here ready to be despatched at a moment’s notice.
Warehouse
Stacked with every model in our generator range, every type of x-ray accessory, Fuji film, chemistry as well as Fuji CR systems and Sound Eklin DR systems, our warehouse enables orders to be picked, packed and despatched quickly and efficiently.
Kitchen
The true hub of the company. Without tea and coffee, as we all know, simply nothing happens.
Meeting Room
Used for meeting and greeting customers and suppliers, as well as for demonstrations of any of our range of equipment. You are always most welcome to come and visit us to discuss any aspect of your existing or proposed x-ray system, just call us beforehand so we can add another teabag.
Despatch Bay
Despatch area where all shipments are collected by our couriers every day. Any order received by 3.30pm can be delivered on a before 9.00am next day service. We use three couriers, all chosen for their specialisation in different types of shipment.
Palletised deliveries of everything from CR systems to x-ray chemistry is delivered into our bulk store before being logged on to our system and sent to whichever department is appropriate. This saves dirty floors and noisy delivery trucks from interrupting our day.
