Service Plans
We pride ourselves on the backup and support we offer for all of our products.
All of our specialist engineers are factory trained on our equipment and undergo regular manufacturer training courses to keep up to date with the latest product changes and servicing techniques.
We offer service options that are both cost effective, and cause the minimum disruption to your daily workflow. Whichever way you choose your servicing to be done, you can rest assured that with Veterinary
X-rays it is done to the highest standard possible.
X-ray Generators
For x-ray generators we offer three convenient service plans.
On Site
We come to you at a pre-arranged date and time and service your
x-ray unit on your premises. If you need to use your x-ray system whilst yours is out of action, all of our service vans are equipped with loan x-ray units so that your workflow is not disrupted.
Return to Workshop
We arrange for a next day courier to come and collect your x-ray unit and bring it back to our workshops. We service and recalibrate your unit to the manufacturer’s specification, we apply any manufacturer upgrades relevant to your unit and return it to you on the same day by next day courier.
With Loan Unit
We arrange for a next day courier to deliver one of our loan x-ray units to you in one of our custom made transit cases and collect your x-ray unit.
We receive your unit back in our workshops where we service and recalibrate your unit to the manufacturers specification. We apply any manufacturer upgrades relevant to your unit and return it to you by next day courier and arrange collection of our loan unit.
Fuji CR systems
We offer fixed price Silver and Platinum annual service packs for our range of Fuji CR systems.
Both options offer you the reassurance of technical support when you need it from engineers who are readily available without hiding behind a frustrating telephone system.
Both offer differing levels of support. If you would like to discuss the merits and suitability of either pack to your surgery, just contact us for full details.
Sound-Eklin DR systems
For our SoundEklin DR systems, we offer fixed price Silver and Platinum annual service packs.
Both options offer you the reassurance of technical support when you need it from engineers who are readily available without hiding behind a frustrating telephone system.
Two levels of support are offered within the two packs. If you would like to discuss the merits and suitability of either pack to your surgery, just contact us for full details.
Automatic film processors
Even though the march of the digital imaging is relentless, we still service hundreds of our automatic processors annually.
We still hold all the spares you could possibly need and have correctly trained engineers ready to descend on your practice at your request to make your processor like new again.
